We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) and express shipping (2–3 business days) across the UAE, GCC, Europe, and North America. Orders placed before 2 PM GST on business days are dispatched the same day. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
